BGS is a small and informal group of (mainly) classical guitar players of all standards, ranging from beginners to quite advanced players. We meet regularly to play to each other, try out simple duets and ensemble pieces, and listen to established professional recitalists as well as those who are embarking on their career.

The society started its life in Wokingham but moved to SouthHill Park in Bracknell for over 30 years and was formally closed in December 2016.
